What happens when

Order received
You get a confirmation email straight away. There is no tracking number yet at this point, because the parcel is not with the carrier yet.

Packed and handed over
You get a second email with your tracking number. From that moment the link works. The first carrier scan is sometimes only processed the next morning.

On its way to you
4 to 6 business days after it ships.
Ordered with engraving?
Engraved orders go to our engraving workshop first and are shipped on Thursday or Friday. Allow around a week extra.

Frequently asked questions
I have not received a tracking number yet. Is something wrong?
Almost never. The tracking number is only created once your parcel is packed and handed over to the carrier, so it arrives in a second email after your order confirmation. Orders placed in the evening or over the weekend are handed over on the next working day.
My tracking link says no information found.
The carrier needs to scan the parcel before the link shows anything, and that first scan is sometimes only processed the next morning. If the link is still empty after two working days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
The tracking has not moved for a few days.
On international routes a parcel can sit between scans while it moves between depots or clears customs. That is normal up to a week. If nothing changes after that, get in touch and we will open a case with the carrier.
Can I still change my address?
Only while the order has not been packed yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can no longer change it.
My order was delivered but I did not receive it.
Check with your neighbours and look for a card from the carrier first, as parcels are often handed to a neighbour or a pickup point. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we will start an investigation with the carrier.
I ordered several items. Why did I get more than one parcel?
Items can ship from different warehouses, so an order is sometimes split. Each parcel gets its own tracking number and its own email.
